I mentioned the pulsation to the service dpt. and there was some talk of perhaps resurfacing the brake rotors. After Bob Moniz in parts called the Audi factory representative regarding this problem. With Bob's assistance, and I believe assistance from Audi, your service dpt. was then able to replace all 4 rotors, and the front pads, and all this without making another second appointment. Very satisfied here! More

I was told that The caps would be replaced they would have to be ordered. 10,000 miles later, I called to make another appointment to have service done on the car and to remind them to order the caps and I was told that they had them in stock. Then I picked up my vehicle 4 hours later and they did not have the caps in stock and I have to wait again. It’s something simple like that why customers are dissatisfied. More
