I went first to look to see what Mattie had in our price range, and Alex was very attentive, informative and respectful of our budget. I went back the following day to show my husband everything Alex had gone over with me and Alex met with my husband and was extremely helpful once again. We had returned a few days later to test drive the car, and once again Alex was extremely attentive and patient with us. We made an appointment to go in on the weekend to do the credit application and Alex took care of everything. Nice and smooth sale and financing. Was one of the best sales professionals. Chris, the salesman that sold us our previous car was also extremely helpful facilitating the sale. Also, Tom in the finance department was extremely friendly, reassuring and helped us get the best rate, and got the financing done fast. Overall great experience and will return for next vehicle. Service at its finest Thanks to the Service crew for taking my ‘Tiggy’ and making her shine again! My windshield washer fluid wasn’t coming out, Mattie took her in as early Thanks to the Service crew for taking my ‘Tiggy’ and making her shine again! My windshield washer fluid wasn’t coming out, Mattie took her in as early as possible and replaced the pump, no charge and sent her back 100 times cleanser than when I dropped her off! Thanks again! Since then, we have had both Audis and VW’s servi My husband and I have been customers of Mattie since we bought a VW Dasher wagon from them in 1980. The service department is excellent, responsive, courteous, and customer friendly, We have tried other VW and Audi dealers and always came back to Mattie. My only complaint is a small one: the wait time on the phone when I call the service department, but I suppose that just means they are busy serving customers. More

It was like hanging out with a friend for the afternoon. He went out of his way to make sure the paperwork was completed before we left (after closing hours on a Saturday night) so all we had to do was go back and drive the car away. More
