It was nice I had multiple days to choose from for my service and Joe explained everything this service would entail as it covered a lot. When I arrived Joe reviewed the full service with me and he arranged for the shuttle to bring me to work and pick me up once the car was ready. A nice touch at Mattie by the way. Victor was the shuttle driver and he was great. He was also very happy to be working for Mattie Imports and mentioned it felt like family. It's not often you hear people say they like where they work. Great service and staff, everything a customer wants to experience. More
