Friendly and quality service I brought my 2016 Tiguan in for its first oil change-at 10,000 miles. Imagine, 10,000 miles. Seems like only yesterday I was driving off for the firs I brought my 2016 Tiguan in for its first oil change-at 10,000 miles. Imagine, 10,000 miles. Seems like only yesterday I was driving off for the first time in my cute silver wagon. Anyway, I was greeted at the desk by Jason who offered me shuttle service if I did not want to wait. He kept me informed as to what needed to be done and that my car would be ready after it the car was washed and vacuumed, Jason answered all my questions and gave me some helpful advice as well. I appreciate Mattie's service and the pleasant people who work in that department. More

Mattie was able to confirm my educated guess that my needed repair was transmission-drivetrain-related. They were able to schedule me in for this repair service at my convenience. They provided me with a written estimate, and when the job was completed the final bill was almost exactly to the penny of the original written estimate. What is most important is that I can trust Mattie to diagnose and repair Volkswagen specific issues and general maintenance/service issues. Most weeks I drive 500-600 miles. I cannot afford to have my car off the road for very long looking for repair estimates here there and everywhere.. After diagnosis, turns out my car had a faulty secondary air pump and several vacuum leaks. After picking up my car I was amazed at how much quieter and smoother the car ran.
