Good Morning Rob, I Sorry that you fell that way as we had lenghty converstaion about the issue's that you been experiencing with your vehicle and all the time we spent on attempting to repair vehicle has per guidelines to Audi of America repair process. i understand your frustration with the vehicle and there was one time that we didnt have a loaner vehicle and but all other times we have given you a loaner to drive while your vehicle was here to attempt to address your intermittent rattle noise in front end, the random rattling noise from all interior dash trim, console, and all door panels, and that random popping noise from audio system, and that vibration fell at times at higher speeds,, and brake pulsation. and as we did to TSB as Audi request us to do to try to resolve your issue rattle noise in front end, we also removed dash and door panels and used anti rattle insulation tape as Audi requires us to do, we put a amp in vehicle for popping noise, we also put front and rear rotors on vehicle, and balance and road force balance out wheels, and you want us to just replace parts on vehicle and unfortunately because someone a online forum said it repaired there car but Audi has a service process that we follow. and if you prefer you can alway return to your selling dealership and have then attempt to correct all your concerns
