I asked them if they could re-attach a side mirror for me while my car was in the bay and they did so at no extra charge. My car was ready on time and with a report of what service I would likely require in the future (and a notice that no dangerous conditions were lurking). Courteous, professional, and timely... would highly recommend, especially for VW and Audi owners. More

It was a totally unnecessary offer and yet it showed the kindness and care manager Brian Farrington has for his customers.
