My 2018 Q5 froze up(literally) in Maine, needed to be towed to nearest dealer. After initial call with service manager, car sat for 10 days with zero communication. Finally they called and said there was towed to nearest dealer. After initial call with service manager, car sat for 10 days with zero communication. Finally they called and said there was nothing wrong with it, and I needed to pick it up. Returned to Massachusetts, called Mattie, and brought it in next day. Service manager (Ray) was awesome! Great, prompt communication, thorough checkup and coolant flush, pronounced all better, and sent it home to us. We can’t emphasize how pleased we are with Mattie service department. More

Had 2 recalls and a scheduled maintenance performed. Repairs were completed and car was washed.
