I found the car online and never having purchased a vehicle online before, was leery that what was being advertised would be different from what I would get. Especially since I live over 2,000 miles from the dealership and would not get to see the car before it was delivered. I expressed my concerns early on and through the entire process was assured by Chris Sigman that everything was as advertised. And while this was a lightly used vehicle, it would be in new condition. Chris did not exaggerate, the car was mint and even smelled new! Chris was great to work with and never trivialized or marginalized any of my inquiries or concerns. I'm in NJ and he was in Fall River with a low coolant warning light on. Not only did the provide the correct coolant but the Service Desk had a mechanic put it in!
