We're on our 2nd lease from Mattie, an Audi and a VW, both currently sitting in the driveway. After getting the VW for my girlfriend I knew I was coming back to Mattie when I needed a new car. All my negotiations where done over email, I gave Jon a price I was willing to pay, and he met it. I'm not one to nickel and dime a deal and try to get one over on the dealer, but let me say I couldn't find a single person online who got a better lease for the vehicle I picked up. Extremely easy, all paperwork done over docu-sign. I was at the dealership for all of 30 minutes, and 20 of those were spent going over the vehicle features with Ryan. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Would definitely recommend Mattie! More
Overall the service was great and efficient. I casually mentioned. (It had not been driven at all in two weeks and had sat in rain and snow the whole time. Further, the car had been seen for a tire issue just three weeks prior at a friend’s dealership - the purchase dealership in Cincinnati - and they did not mention any break issues at that time when they gave it a once over before the trip east. I believe your service department was trying to oversell expensive repairs that weren’t needed and I am not happy about it. More
