To say I was dissatisfied is an understatement. I had my vehicle towed there and was quoted a price of $2300 dollars for an instrument cluster with $1650 dollars for the part. When I went to retrieve the vehicle since I chose not to repair at this time I was hit with a fee of $465 for a battery, the diagnosis and another diagnosis charge for the battery that they later claimed was to install the battery at $135. I never authorized the work and would not have if I knew there was $135 charge for install on a 15 minute job. Here is the kicker the part they quoted me on is discontinued and no longer available...
