We were extremely satisfied with our sales Rep Alyssa who was wonderful and extremely likeable. She went above and beyond approach to complete the deal, she is very knowledgeable and professional and I will was wonderful and extremely likeable. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation with the expected wait time at 60-90 mins. 2 hrs and 15 minutes later I got my car back. I made my appointment first thing in the morning to avoid it being late. I'm also disappointed with the lack of seating. No one wants to be crammed into a small waiting room during covid. A few benches outside would make a big difference. More

Bought a Jeep from them 2 years ago. It is now on its 3rd water pump @90k miles. I realize it's not directly their fault the vehicle has an issue with water pumps. However the cost to repair was excessively water pump @90k miles. I realize it's not directly their fault the vehicle has an issue with water pumps. However the cost to repair was excessively expensive. The water pump goes for around $100 online, they charged me more than double for the part. and labor was also very expensive. Lastly, I had to book 2 weeks out, and it took them 3 days to get the water pump in and changed. All in it cost $770 for a $100 pump to be changed. I would expect this pricing if I hadn't bought the car from them, or if they didn't already change the pump themselves when I bought it as 68k miles. Bottom line, took too long, cost too much, no consideration for a return customer that was in a tough spot on a car bought from them and previously repaired the same problem. More
I was pretty time-restricted with an infant, and Ryan worked quickly to process my paperwork and get me out as quickly as possible. He was very friendly. My only complaint is that I would've hoped to leave the lot with a full tank of gas, but it was only filled to halfway. I probably should've said something, but I was already on the road by the time I noticed it. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and Ryan was a pleasure to work with. More
