Disappointed oil change took 3.5 hrs. The invoice only states 2 hours 11:46-13:38 but my credit card receipt shows 15:11 and I was in the building the whole time and told service advisor I was waiting. Told front end had zip ties and that they put the zip ties back on and that $165 to repair. If was told while I was waiting I probably would have fixed. Now I will have to go back. Also I had a coupon for an oil change for $69.99 but was charged $79.60 before tax which is almost $10 more. I was disappointed last time I went to Mattie’s and was told to contact manager which I chose not to but did decide to try again but will have to reconsider next time I need service. More

They solved the problem with the rearview camera of my SQ5 under warranty. It took a bit of time because parts had to be ordered, but they made that clear from the start, so no complaints about that. I had an unpleasant surprise when I learned that a replacement part/assembly supposedly reserved for my car had been sold off apparently without the knowledge of the service department.
