I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing my car. Shawn Haggarty was outstanding throughout the process. I had very little time available to me in my schedule to test drive the car, reach a my car. Shawn Haggarty was outstanding throughout the process. I had very little time available to me in my schedule to test drive the car, reach a deal and complete the required paperwork, and wasn't optimistic that I would be able to buy the car I was interested in. After Dwight arranged to have the car ready for a test drive on short notice on a Thursday morning, Shawn took over. He managed to take care of, initiate action on, or coordinate everything needed to facilitate my purchase, including trade in and financing. Best of all, Shawn accomplished it all within the short time I had available on the morning of my first visit. The next day he followed up with me telephonically to take care of some details. And, on Saturday morning, less than 48 hours after my initial visit, I drove home in my new car, but not before Shawn spent time explaining and making sure I understood how to use the features and controls that were new to me. What an unexpectedly pleasant experience! I couldn't be any happier with how everything played out, and I would recommend Mattie Imports, and especially Shawn, to anyone in the market for a new car.
