The service department was booked but we agreed to leave the car there for a week to give them a chance to diagnose the problem which they did. Informative but not overbearing; providing the information and answering all our questions without typical high pressure salesperson nonsense. Jonathan in the sales department was equally very peasant to work with and took the time to answer all my questions and not rush me through the paperwork process. We absolutely love the Atlas Cross Sport R line for our family. I didn’t even know about the car until Cris suggested we give it a try. We originally were deciding between the Volvo XC60, Toyota Highlander, and the Audio Q5.
