Deciding to visit Mattie was definitely the right choice. This was the best experience we have had purchasing a car in years!! Shawn, our salesman was great and so helpful. He answered any questions we could think of, and more. I wouldn’t have even had to open the manual by the time he covered everything. Renewing a lease or purchasing a car can be a process sometimes, but they definitely made it as pleasant as possible. Tom in finance was also great to work with. When our lease is up Mattie will easily be our first choice! Customer service is 2nd to none by the whole team! More

I dropped my 2009 Audi A4 for convertible top repair on July 24. It took 3 weeks to figure out and replace 2 sensors. Good thing this this was not my only car. Communication was not the greatest because I July 24. It took 3 weeks to figure out and replace 2 sensors. Good thing this this was not my only car. Communication was not the greatest because I texted on August 5, called on August 7th and then texted again on August 10th finally getting a txt message back on the 10th. Maybe better customer service would have been to offer a free oil change for the inconvenience. More
