It is a little difficult to respond to this with out any further information. When a customer comes in for service and has the car looked at they are then given an estimate for the cost of the repairs and we prioritize them. Which ones should be done right away do to safety concerns and which ones are not as pressing. It is then up to the customer to decide on how they would like to proceed. They have the choice to do any and all repairs or they can decline any and all work. We are a family run dealership that has been in business since 1981 and happily serve our customers.
