Appt was for oil change. Doing appointment phone call service told me cabin filter and tire rotation was also scheduled. I mentioned I had brand new tires and did not need to tire rotation and was not su service told me cabin filter and tire rotation was also scheduled. I mentioned I had brand new tires and did not need to tire rotation and was not sure about the cabin filter. When I showed up I found out the cabin filter had just been changed fairly recently. And said no thank you in that. After I was finished I was told it oil change and tire rotation was complete and was charged for both! Cust care did not want to take the charge off for the tire rotation even though during the phone call I said I had brand new tires and did not need it. I’m not a happy camper and will not use this Audi dealer again. During the appointment the customer service individual was extremely congenial and polite, but in the very end he really should have taken off the charge for the tire rotation which was not necessary Is that have been mentioned during the initial appointment phone call. And oh by the way the tech should have noted the tires were brand new less than three weeks old. More
