Mike Tsuji was great to chat with and made the sale so simple. No drivers available so he made the trek to go pick up my vehicle. On pick up day, I was swamped with meetings so rather than use the first floor lobby, the staff directed me to the upstairs business center. The store was clean, I interacted with several staff, all were friendly, and Frenchy made the finance and signing quick and painless. I could probably go on and on.
