But I wanted a smaller SUV and after looking at all the "usual suspects" I liked the design of the Audi Q5. I got a 1-year old car with 15K miles on it. The buying process was painless and super easy. My sales guy Max is extraordinary- positive, helpful, had answers to all my questions and continues to be so a month after my purchase. He follows-up, brings info to my house because he appreciates my busy schedule and has just been a total professional to work with. I have had only one visit to the service department but John was equally accommodating and professional. Great dealership in all departments as far as I have seen at this early point. I feel fortunate to have young, high-energy, get-it-done Max as my go-to sales representative. And I love the car, such a smooth ride while still being good-looking and functional. More
