Initial Audi Service I took my new S4 in to have it inspected for an extended warranty. I also wanted to get the 45mi service done at the same time. I walked in and met wi I took my new S4 in to have it inspected for an extended warranty. I also wanted to get the 45mi service done at the same time. I walked in and met with Eli and felt right at home immidialaty. He was obviously very competent and has been working with Audi and WV for as long as I have been driving (I am 42) and was the kind of guy I wanted taking care of my new shiny thing. He was honest and not heavy handed at all. I felt like I was doing some auto care with an old friend in my garage over a beer. Very comfortable... except the place was obviously polished and looked nothing like my garage. Eli hooked me up with a loaner and let me know what needed to be done by phone. When I came into the shop to pick up the car, he told me that the 45mi service had already been done by the previous owner. I was impressed. I am happy to be living in Boulder and working with Eli and the Audi Boulder folks on my new S4. More
