Once we arrived to Boulder we also worked with Michael Argenzio who helped us with our test drives and gave lots of good info on the two cars we were debating between. All questions were answered with excellent knowledge by both Jim and Michael. Once we got to the Finance person, Matt Logue, he also gave excellent customer service and answered our questions thoroughly. I am glad we chose Audi Boulder and met some very nice (and good humored) people. We will drive the farther distance for the servicing of our new vehicle so we can continue our relationship with this dealer and its great staff. More

Jim was patient and easy to work with, he found us a car that hit all of our must haves and did not try to sell us on things we told him we did not want, but was very informative. Financing was clear and straightforward. We usually dread that part of the process, but Brent was very clear and efficient and again did not try to sell us on anything we were not interested in purchasing. Also, we arrived at the dealership later in the day, but Jim, Brett and a few members of the service department stayed late to make sure we left with our new car. We highly recommend Jim and Boulder Audi for any future purchases. More
