Purchase of a new car I walked in the door without an appointment, knowing that I was very interested in buying a new Q3. This was a Saturday afternoon, and the dealership was very busy. However, I was helped by a great salesman, Jeremy Forcier, who spent a long time with me. He was nice, respectful, and not pushy. There were 3 new Q3s that had arrived that morning, one being exactly what I wanted. After test drive and reviewing lots of information, I decided to purchase the car that afternoon. Everyone was helpful with the final deal - including financing some of the car. Terms were explained to me with very clear language, and we finalized the purchase. And finally, they were all so helpful in getting the new car home - I drove my new car, someone else drove my old car (which I did not trade in) and a third person drove another car to bring the two Audi people back to work. I never thought buying and trading a car could be fun but that is what exactly happened. Jeremy is a naturally nice and enjoyable person. A genuine good guy. I took my old 2002 A4 car in for a repair that morning and due to my car's age, I decided to purchase a certified pre-owned. Came home with the new A4 at 5 O'Clock that same day. The car was detailed and I was given some training on the new technology. Jeremy even gave me additional training the next day to make sure I knew how to use every bell and whistle. As good as it gets! Salesperson Comment I thought I knew everything there was to know about the Audi S4, but Garret informed me about other great features of the car t Salesperson Comment I thought I knew everything there was to know about the Audi S4, but Garret informed me about other great features of the car that I hadn't read online about. He also knew all of the tech stats and performance numbers of the car. Very impressive! Deal Comment I was in another state and it was much easier working with Garret and his team compared with trying to work on a deal with my local Audi dealership. The finance manager even overnighted the paper work via FedEx for me to sign and return. Overall Experience Comment I was in the market for a CPO S4, roughly a year or two old, that had a manual transmission. I live in Portland, OR and the sales person that was "assigned" to me at my local Audi dealership didn't seem to care to locate a S4 with a manual transmission. His comment was, "manuals are hard to come by so you should just buy this automatic and shift with the paddles if you want." I have a college friend who works at Gebhardt VW in Boulder and told him my story about looking for a S4 with a manual transmission. He told me he had a contact at Audi Boulder, Garret, and I should reach out to him as was really good at finding cars for clients. After I spoke to Garret, he informed me that he had a CPO S4 on the lot with a manual transmission. We went back and fourth over text message, which I could only do during work hours, and finally came to a great deal. I made the decision to buy my car without seeing it because I had that much confidence in Garret and fully trusted him. I booked my one way ticket out to Denver to pick up my car at Audi Boulder and drive it back to Portland. Before I left Portland, I received a call from a parts salesperson, Max, that informed me he heard about my recent purchase of the S4 and that I was driving back to Portland. He also told me that there was a huge snow storm heading to CO when I was to pick up the car and head out. He highly recommended that I consider buying all season tires or winter tires as he felt that the current tires on the car, summer tires, would pose a problem in the snow even with quattro. He even offered to speak to his manager about giving me a deal on the tires due to the circumstance! Talk about amazing customer service. My local Audi dealership would have never thought to connect me to the parts department with this dilemma. When I arrived to the dealership, it seemed that everyone knew who I was and that I was driving the car back to Oregon. It was a used S4 but you would have thought I had just bought a new R8 with the amount of attention I received from the staff. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a new "used" car and was completely worth it considering the fact that I even had to buy a plane ticket to fly out and then drive back for two days. Not only will I buy all of my future Audi's through Garret at Audi Boulder, I am going to recommend all of my friends and family speak to Garret first before they buy a new Audi out here. The trip was long but it was a great experience to truly drive my new car. Obviously, I can't say enough about my experience and I hope the General Manager acknowledges Garret and his team for making this transaction happen. More

Jim was fast to respond to my request and he worked hard to find me the exact car that I wanted. I ended up ordering the car that I wanted and Jim kept me informed and let me know where I was in the process and when my car would be arriving. Jim worked hard to make a few last minute changes that I wanted as well. I actually got used to talking to Jim via phone, email, and text every day. I was very picky in what I wanted and made Jim work hard, which he was more than happy to do. I had a bad experience at another Audi dealership in Texas and was hesitant to work with Jim, but he made the process simple and painless, so I am glad that I did. I actually drove 10 hours to get this car, and it was definitely well worth it. Jim has become a friend, rather than just a salesman. The rest of the Audi Boulder was awesome as well (Brett Lange in finance). A big thank you to Jim for making this process easy.
