Amazing Service I stopped into Audi Boulder on the off chance that someone in service could possibly assist me with a minor fix for my new S3. It was after 6pm and Eli Buchanan was still at his desk in the service department making calls. I didn't purchase my car in Boulder, I brought it from Pennsylvania and purchased through a broker. Eli not only provided me with a bit of assistance, he gave me a full introduction on how to use the technology in my car's infotainment/navigation system. It was like a new car delivery, only better! Eli seems to be a kindred spirit, a man who loves not only his job but the product he services. In the short time I spent with him, I learned that he is a diehard Audi/VW lover, just like me. It's so refreshing to go to a dealership's service department and meet a true enthusiast who genuinely takes an interest in his customers.
