Good experience, would buy there again I visited Audi Boulder three times during my car search, and purchased a vehicle there on the final visit. I worked with Zac, who's a real enthusiast I visited Audi Boulder three times during my car search, and purchased a vehicle there on the final visit. I worked with Zac, who's a real enthusiast for the brand and very good at answering questions and demonstrating features. There was no pressure at all until the third visit, by which time the sales manager became quite keen on closing a deal and was asking what it would take to get me to buy that day and pushing to get me to shake on a deal. There was also a bit of pressure to purchase add-ons ("Why wouldn't you want the clear bra?") while in the finance office, but still relatively minimal. I was pleased with the deal we worked out. I'd contacted all the other Front Range Audi dealers and gotten quotes from several of them, and the price I agreed on with Audi Boulder was a ways better than any of the others had offered over the Internet. As always seems to be the case with car dealers, getting finalized approval on the deal and getting the paperwork signed with the finance people was pretty time consuming. I was at the dealership for several hours, although part of that was me having to handle a phone meeting for work in the middle of things. Since I hadn't necessarily planned on buying that day and wasn't trading in, Zac helped me with transportation so I could get both cars (the one I'd just purchased, and the one I'd driven to the dealership) home, even though I live a ways from Boulder. Zac then ended up making a second trip to our house when it turned out a couple of signature spots had been missed on the paperwork, so he definitely worked to get the sale. More

I had been in communication with Jeff on an ongoing basis over a 3+ month period to locate vehicles that matched my criteria. Jeff's continued follow-up is exactly what I have come to expect from my local Audi team. On the day that I eventually identified and decided on a vehicle, Jeff had the vehicles warmed up and ready to test drive prior to my arrival which was helpful considering Boulder was still digging out from an 8 inch snow storm 24 hours prior.
