I recently purchased a pre owned Q7 from a Mercedes dealership and they were unable to service my vehicle. After a few phone calls I thankfully got in touch with a service manager named Hayden. From th dealership and they were unable to service my vehicle. After a few phone calls I thankfully got in touch with a service manager named Hayden. From the very beginning until the day I picked up my vehicle, Hayden provided excellent communication and customer service. The part I needed was difficult to find and potentially needed to ship from Germany. Hayden was able to source the part, brand new, from an Audi dealership in Chicago. He made sure the dealership pre inspected the part to assure it was in perfect condition which they did. Once the part was delivered it was less than 24 hours until my car was ready! It’s running great and I want to thank Hayden for taking the time to answer all my questions and going above and beyond to take care of my car. More
Completely disappointed with my service experience today. I made an appointment with this dealership two weeks ago, explaining my situation. I rearranged my schedule and arrived on time to be greeted by a young man who asked me to wait for a service advisor. The service advisor came out looking at her tablet and asked what I needed. After explaining the situation, she told me that I would need to take the car back to the original Audi dealer as she could not tell me if my warranty would cover the service needed. After explaining that I spoke with someone in the service department who told me to bring the car in, the advisors stated that I likely spoke to their call center and that the representative wouldn't know how to handle my situation. Real nice way to waste my time. The advisors acted as if she could care less about my issue and I am certain that this stems in part, to my purchasing this Audi at another dealership. Without offering any alternatives or solutions, she walked back inside and left me to leave the department. I am a big advocate of customer service training and feel as if he service department definitely needs a lesson in how to treat customers. I currently own three Audi's and will not use this dealership to purchase nor service in the future. This is not the Audi way, in my opinion. Do better, Fletcher Jones. More

I received excellent service. My car was completed when promised. I was given the same model that I drive as a loner car as requested and my service advisor Hayden Denman couldn My car was completed when promised. Service center completed and charged for unauthorized work. Rotated, balanced and aligned tires that needed replacement.
