Express, Exceptional Service I called to make an appointment and expected to have to wait a few days. Audi FJ made arranged a consultation on THAT day! Frank and the other personnel that greeted me were professional and friendly. Nobody judged my dirty car. Anyways, I was given a loaner car and I was back to work in less than an hour. Frank kept me informed of the service that was being done and any schedule changes. Picking up my car, the following day was quick and easy. Jose greeted me and quickly had my car ready to go.
