Audi Fort Lauderdale - Service Center

I brought my vehicle in for a recall repair. All was wee until at the delivery there was a flat tire. I was provided a loaner (basic Q3) which I didn't like at all. When I was told after about 4 days that my vehicle was ready I was overjoyed. When I returned for the pick-up the same tire was flat. I requested a Q5 loaner which was provided. Apparently in changing the tire the service dept didn't know they also had to change the valve. This was not the most seamless experience although Jerrick did his best. This is the closest Audi service department so the recommendation question should be amended to include "not sure". I will reconsider my less than stellar review as the relationship continues and efficiencies improve. Apparently the service manager authorized the loaners but never spoke to me directly or apologized for the inconvenience. I don't know Eric Palmer More
