Best car buying experience. I have been searching for a B8 body style A4 for quite some time and have done multiple test drives at other dealerships. When I saw this 2009 A4 Pres I have been searching for a B8 body style A4 for quite some time and have done multiple test drives at other dealerships. When I saw this 2009 A4 Prestige listed on their website, I did what I normally do which is hit the contact us/get a quote button and filled out my information. Based on past experience, I expected to get a call maybe in the next few days but Dyan called me within minutes of sending the quote request and was the nicest sales person you could get on the phone. My experience at the dealership was even better. Dyan made us feel so comfortable and welcomed during our stay there while we waited and while they worked on getting everything together. Now that I think about it, we were there a few hours but it sure didn't feel like it. I bet she was working a mile a minute to get things done but every time she checked on us she would be as calm and pleasant as can be. The "haggling" was painless which is very rare. Alex Onulak, the business office manager, was very thorough and clear on the paperwork. I appreciate the advice he gave on which extras and add-ons would be best for me instead of just selling everything on top of the car purchase. Some dealerships are bad about that. I have bought 12 cars in the past from various dealerships. Both Dyan and Alex made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. So far, lucky 13 is working out great. I'm looking forward to the first service visit with them. From what I've experienced with Dyan and Alex, I'm hoping the experience would be just as good. I definitely would buy there again and highly recommend O'Daniel Audi in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I'm sure all their sales staff is great but Dyan was just awesome! More

I was buying my very first car and I have wanted a bug pretty much my whole life. I had looked at so many and never found the right one. We drove from Kokomo, IN to look at a blue 2001 that still wasn't pretty much my whole life. I had looked at so many and never found the right one. We drove from Kokomo, IN to look at a blue 2001 that still wasn't quite what I wanted. At the other lot in Ft. Wayne there was a red 2008 that was exactly what I had been looking for. The people there were so nice about helping me get the car payment in a range I can afford since we are also expecting our first child and are going to be on a tight budget. They had the car driven to the lot in New Haven and the next day I got to take it home. I was very pleased with the car and the kindness of the employees there made the whole thing even better. I would gladly travel there again or recommend the dealership to anyone. My first car and first buying experience was well worth the trip. Thank you! More
