I was buying my very first car and I have wanted a bug pretty much my whole life. I had looked at so many and never found the right one. We drove from Kokomo, IN to look at a blue 2001 that still wasn't pretty much my whole life. I had looked at so many and never found the right one. We drove from Kokomo, IN to look at a blue 2001 that still wasn't quite what I wanted. At the other lot in Ft. Wayne there was a red 2008 that was exactly what I had been looking for. The people there were so nice about helping me get the car payment in a range I can afford since we are also expecting our first child and are going to be on a tight budget. They had the car driven to the lot in New Haven and the next day I got to take it home. I was very pleased with the car and the kindness of the employees there made the whole thing even better. I would gladly travel there again or recommend the dealership to anyone. My first car and first buying experience was well worth the trip. Thank you! More

Our salesman Josh was polite, courteous, and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and we were able to see every option available to us. He stayed well past the closing time of the dealership to make sure my wife and I found the perfect vehicle for our family. Not only did he show us every function, option, bell and whistle on every vehicle we looked at, but also let us be hands on to get the best shopping experience. Above all, he was honest, which is hard to find at many dealerships since most are only concerned with making the sale. Andrea in Financing was awesome as well. She did a great job, was very professional, and found us the best financing possible. Five stars to this dealership. I have been a fan of the brand for a while. Even thought this is my first Audi, I am very familiar with the brand the model and Audi's history of building well engineered cars. This is the case in which I didn't know what was more impressive, the beautifully engineered cars or the amazing service. The entire sales staff was friendly and helpful, but Ted was absolutely unique. Not only did he know anything and everything about cars, but he combined his unique selling approach with personal touches and genuine friendly interaction. Very impressive. And white glove delivery.... Really??? As If I was buying a Rolls Royce. Will most certainly come back, and will for sure refer friends and family. Keep it up guys. More
