He took the time to help me explore my different options and provided me valuable feedback that helped me make a decision. Throughout the "Waiting" process, Ted provided status updates to ensure I understood the progress on my vehicle. Upond deliver, he spent much time throughly walking me through the features of my vehicle which allowed me to leave the lot comfortable with the vehicle.
