I have been a fan of the brand for a while. Even thought this is my first Audi, I am very familiar with the brand the model and Audi's history of building well engineered cars. What was a surprise for me w this is my first Audi, I am very familiar with the brand the model and Audi's history of building well engineered cars. What was a surprise for me was the sales staff. This is the case in which I didn't know what was more impressive, the beautifully engineered cars or the amazing service. The entire sales staff was friendly and helpful, but Ted was absolutely unique. Not only did he know anything and everything about cars, but he combined his unique selling approach with personal touches and genuine friendly interaction. Very impressive. And white glove delivery.... Really??? As If I was buying a Rolls Royce. Will most certainly come back, and will for sure refer friends and family. Keep it up guys. More

These guys were wonderful to work with. I was headed out of the country and needed to get something done in my absence. Chris and Dom did their best to find what I was looking for and had a vehicle waiting of the country and needed to get something done in my absence. There were a few things I didn't like and instead of pressuring me to buy the vehicle on hand, they sought out a better one and found exactly what I was looking for. Then, after I got the vehicle and had been driving it for 2 weeks, I realized we had all overlooked something important. I contacted Chris and Dom and within the day they had a solution to fix the problem. Not only did they get me the best vehicle I've ever driven, they also made sure everything was as promised.
