Thank you so much for the feedback, we always strive to improve anyway that we can. When our cars come into the dealership we do a Multipoint inspection, that we check the car headlight to taillights to make sure you and your family are safe out there on the road. We end the service with a complimentary car wash to make sure the rings are shining bright for you. The regular oil change will always be around an hour and half to get all this done correctly for you. Please reach to me if you have any other questions or concerns.
