Later he said, “No, all that is up to you to get fixed.” Hours on hold, paperwork, waiting for tow truck who did not come at the time frame Audi said they would. Audi service person also promised to schedule pickup. Two hours later, I finally took Uber to dealership. ‘Oh, he said.
