As I was coming from San Francisco, I wanted to make sure that we could make a deal if I liked the car. After some initial confusion when we started negotiating, everything was straightened out. Chris was very forthright. If he couldn't give me a direct factual answer, he would tell me so and went to find out the answer. He didn't try to xx me! That is rare, and that is something that I highly valued. In the end, I felt respected as a customer and I left with a great deal and a great car!
