I have pictures of Oil Leak, Windshield Washer Reservoir leak, front driver side wheel splash shield missing and transmission splash shield missing. I was told a Safety Inspection was performed and all was leak, front driver side wheel splash shield missing and transmission splash shield missing. I was told a Safety Inspection was performed and all was well. They said it is not an Audi and inspections are different. They were aware of missing components as per conversation with Nathan Ocegueda, Service Dept. I text Samual and he no longer replies. I also left voice messages, latest one this morning. No call back from Samuel. Purchased a Honda Civic Hatchback Sports Touring at $25,000 out the door from Audi of Fresno, a reputable Car Dealership. I was not treated well after the purchase. You would expect that from a self owned dealership. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. More
