All I can say is that Brian SERPA is by far the best customer service representative I have ever had to deal with at any dealership in my life of purchasing cars. We even have a car at Mercedes and thei customer service representative I have ever had to deal with at any dealership in my life of purchasing cars. We even have a car at Mercedes and their customer service doesn’t compare to Brian’s!
