There were a few back and forth emails as I worked the deal from my angle, and I had a competing dealership down south willing the beat the deal I agreed upon. Q7 Saved My Husband’s Life! Bob Van Vliet helped us in purchasing another Audi (which was purchased in Thousand Oaks four years ago) after a big rig collided wrongfully into my h Bob Van Vliet helped us in purchasing another Audi (which was purchased in Thousand Oaks four years ago) after a big rig collided wrongfully into my husband’s Q7. The Q7 was totaled but protected my husband. He is alive without sustaining any paralysis or loss of body parts. He did have life threatening injuries but gratefully was air lifted to CRMC where the trauma surgeons used their skills to operate on my husband and saved his life and left arm which was broken in four places. While my husband was still in the hospital (41 Days) I went to the local dealership and explained our situation. The dealership was so helpful and made the necessary accommodations in securing a new Q7 while my husband was still recovering. Once my husband was discharged, Bob Van Vliet, made it possible for us to get our new Q7 inspite of our very busy schedule with many doctor visits and post surgery follow up. Of course we purchased another Q7. It is built with safety features that save lives and still gives a great comfortable ride. We also received a better deal here in Fresno at this dealership.
