I brought my car in the next morning and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. He was attentive and genuinely gracious. I was so impressed that if I am looking for a car (and I may be in the Fall) because the Audi is my husbands, this is the place that I will come. Now that is customer service. Well at Biener Audi the service consultant went over and beyond in making sure that the team of mechanics checked tires were not damaged by road hazard and reset the software of me. Excellent experience. I had visited two BMW dealerships the day/night I went to Biener Audi. The first visit lasted around ten minutes at which point i realized that i was I had visited two BMW dealerships the day/night I went to Biener Audi. The first visit lasted around ten minutes at which point i realized that i was dealing with someone completely incompetent and incapable of selling a car so i excused myself and walked out . The second BMW dealership visit lasted around two minutes... I have a theory about buying a car, if a dealership can't make you comfortable and make you feel like you have come to the right place during the buying process , there is no way they will do well in servicing the car. So after two very frustrating experiences where i felt my time was wasted , i decided to stop at Beiner Audi . I did not realize what time it was and when i arrived they were getting ready to close for the night. However, I was welcomed in and met with Pierre . Pierre and the rest of the staff were in no rush at all to close up . Pierre showed me several different cars , we talked numbers , test drove the car ,colors etc. Pierre arrived at the price in a matter of minutes with no typical sales B.S. The Manager was also very friendly and accommodating. Once i decided on the exact vehicle and color I wanted Pierre checked his inventory. He had many vehicles in stock but not the color combination I was interested in . Instead of trying to sell me what he had in stock , Pierre said " If the car exists I will get it for you " a few days later I got the call that my car was in . The car was prepped and detailed immaculately , every detail of the car was reviewed upon delivery. Great job Pierre !! The process could not have been any easier than Pierre made it. I have no doubt that i got the right car from the right dealership at the right price. The new Audi A3 is a phenomenal car .My sincerest thanks to Pierre Abizeid and the staff at Beiner More

Over the years, he has taken great care of my car, and has always been a pleasure to work with. Louie is personable and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. The calm, respectful manner in which he treats his customers is greatly appreciated. His communication is outstanding - setting up the appointment is easy, I'm updated throughout the repair, and the car is ready on time. This winter took it's toll on one of the tires and I called in a pinch - Louie told me to 'bring it in" and took care of me right away. Louie's a pro who gets it done. Can't say enough - Louie and Biener stand alone! More

Six years ago when I purchased my first Audi it was time to bring it in for its first service, when I called, the first person I spoke with was Lou Del Balzo and he has been my service contact ever since, his ability to understand, process and expedite your service concerns are unprecedented, he truly makes you feel like you're his only customer with the amount of respect and attention he shows you, from setting up an appointment on the phone, to arranging for a loaner vehicle or providing a ride to a nearby diner while your car is being serviced, to updates on the staus of your vehicle service; Louie always makes you feel like part of the Biener Family. I've seen it get pretty busy in the service office yet Lou keeps as cool as a cucumber and listens to your every word and sees to it that the service on the vehicle is done properly, promptly and with the quality synonymous with the Biener name. On arrival of the car he personally took care of my service and informed me of what needed to be done. i greatly appreciate his advise and care he took with my car. He is a great asset to Biener Audi and one of the reasons that I will continue to have my care serviced at Biener and probably buy my next care from them. More
