Exceptional Service I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Biener Audi for the past year and a half. The first time I came here it was because it was the closest Aud I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Biener Audi for the past year and a half. The first time I came here it was because it was the closest Audi service center to my residence. I met Louie Del Balzo during that visit, and he was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had been to other service centers previously, and I never had such a smooth and easy visit. I have since moved out of the area, but still travel the 40 minutes to get my car serviced at Biener, mainly because of Louie. My most recent experience was due to my car leaking fluid. I called Louie as soon as I noticed the problem, and asked him if I could bring it in the next day. When I arrived, he had a complimentary car ready for me so I could continue my day. This is extremely important to me as I am a real estate appraiser, and basically cannot work without a car. Within the hour, he called me to explain the problem, a busted radiator. He broke down the pricing for me, and asked me if I would like to have the radiator replaced. Of course I needed it done, but it was a good feeling to have been asked rather than just replace it and bill me. I plan to continue getting my car serviced at Biener for as long as I own an Audi. More
