Purchased an A5 from Mike in 2019 and process went well. Returned as a repeat customer in 2022 to purchase a Q4 etron. Was told I could order a car in Jan of 2022 and deposit taken. Car was never ordered an Returned as a repeat customer in 2022 to purchase a Q4 etron. Was told I could order a car in Jan of 2022 and deposit taken. Car was never ordered and when allocations began Mike and the dealership refused to order a car. Proceeded to tell me all non order cars would be sold at 5k over MSRP. Since I wasn’t willing to provide the dealership with additional profit I requested my original deposit back. After over a week, multiple emails and being hung up on and disrespected by Mike my deposit was finally returned. I will never do any business with this dealership again and I recommend others do not either More
