Jack was very responsive and didn't pressure me into making a decision on any one vehicle that day. I went back 5 days later and purchased the 2013 A4 Quattro they had waiting for me. I've only had the car for a little over a week, but I love it so far. Hopefully when I have to bring it in for service, that experience will be as pleasant and smooth as the purchasing aspect was.
