Worst experience I have ever had in any dealership. .. staff was arrogant, borderline rude, and basically said "10% over sticker price, that's what you're going to pay for the car" Didn't care to explai .. staff was arrogant, borderline rude, and basically said "10% over sticker price, that's what you're going to pay for the car" Didn't care to explain anything, and was basically implying it's what they say and that's it... well, I promptly left and took my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional staff. More

Each individual gave us solid and supportive advice, they did not try to jack up the prices unfairly (like other dealers are doing as a result of COVID-19) and they helped us understand the pros and cons of our choices. Leonard and Tracey helped find a vehicle that fit my overall criteria, price range, and preferred colors within 2 weeks of my first visit to the dealership. During a time when inventory is at an extreme low. There are no vehicles available. But they found the perfect one for me. And made the process as seamless as possible. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Car buying is so tough right now and I stumbled upon a model they had that I wanted, that I had been in talks with another dealer elsewhere about too. Yasmin Pazos called me immediately and was exceptional to deal with at every turn. They were transparent and reliable on pricing, they were committed to doing business and she was as informed about the technology and performance of a car as any rep I've ever dealt with. Joe Parubi from the prep team, Kurt Hughes, and Tracey Keith in the business office were also great to deal with. Deal done inside of 7 hours, almost all via phone, culminating with an exceptional delivery experience last night.
