It is clear that Audi Hoffman Estates does not value loyalty. I have purchased four vehicles from AHE since 2016 (2 Q5s, an A6 and a Q7). The vehicle I had serviced was the 2016 Q5 as the water pump f loyalty. I have purchased four vehicles from AHE since 2016 (2 Q5s, an A6 and a Q7). The vehicle I had serviced was the 2016 Q5 as the water pump failed three months post warranty. I understand AHE owes me nothing but I hoped they would offer some discount as I have been a loyal customer and the vehicle had just come off warranty. All Audi service offered was an apology and the bill of $1350 for the repair. I had a similar issue with my BMW 7 series (AC unit fail), however, BMW service covered 90% of the repair. I will definitely purchase from BMW in the future. I appreciate the Audi brand and will purchase additional Audi vehicles in the future, just not from AHE. More
