After being very clear with what work I wanted performed, both on the phone and initially in person, I was asked a third time, almost like a high pressure sale. In for an annual oil change. Reviewing with Brian I decided to go with the “minor Maintenance “ and use the coupon I received in the mail. I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it, and when I arrived, my car was taken for service right away. It was ready before the time they said, washed, and I was given the key, and on my way.
