Do not let your customers leave with the impression that we were merely intruders of your domain. These are our cars that cost us a lot and my car means everything to me. I am advocating transparency at every level.Am in Toronto at the moment and see two new Audi dealer buildings in construction stages . Am sure the service shop is walled off.. I would appreciate openness and frank discussions. Your prices are steep, but, to me that would be fine once I am satisfied . It does not take much Most of us know you are costly and we have to count our pennies. But, a more enlightened approach from Audi will keep the wheels turning.
