Audi Hoffman Estates - Service Center

Just purchased my car and having issues with disk brakes and tires. I took it in to be told theres nothing wrong and that the noise I hear is, "tire noise" tire noise what does that even mean. It means that either the tech didnt know what they are doing or that they dont want to replace disk brakes/rotors on their dime. I think I forgot to mention that I was in the last days of my free warranty. I'm sure when I bring it back and it's on my dime they WILL find an issue. Oh well its business right, just the world we live in. More

I went to Audi Hoffman Estates to get an oil change. I called them few days before to make an appointment. I spoke to one of the service rep and she looked me up and mentioned that i will not be paying an called them few days before to make an appointment. I spoke to one of the service rep and she looked me up and mentioned that i will not be paying anything for my services because it is included with the package. I go to Audi and they charged me $123 and when i asked them that it should be included in my package and the guy said that the rep over the phone made a mistake. I even spoke to the service manager and hes like we cant do anything for you. Sorry! I was actually looking to buy new Audi A8 from them but i am definitely not going back. I am done with Hoffman Estates Audi. More
