I never feel welcomed in this establishment. I cringe when it’s time for my oil change or any other maintenance I may need done at this dealership because of how rudely I am treated. Most recently I arrived in a panic because my dashboard was giving me a code that I’ve never seen and it wasn’t listed in my car manual. I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive the car. The clerk was rude and wouldn’t give me an answer to my question but made it known I need an appointment and pay for the answer. Apparently my car warranty has run out so I will need to pay even though it may be a manufactured issue- I was in this dealership just last month and had my oil change done and 1) nobody said a word about my warranty being run out and 2)I specifically said that something is wrong with the system that could be the CarPlay system or something else. They said they’d do a restart on the system and all seemed fine. But, it’s not fine, but now they want me to pay extra to look at it?! I feel completely put off from this establishment! I would NOT recommend this place for anyone to take their car to or buy from. Buying an Audi makes you use Audi dealerships to get the work done and that is not ok. I want options because the people at this place are not good to work with. Do better Audi! More
