The staff was friendly, but lackadaisical the problem was their lack of knowledge of the car they were selling. They were unable to answer most questions around 90% of the time. I ended up doing all th was their lack of knowledge of the car they were selling. They were unable to answer most questions around 90% of the time. I ended up doing all the research myself. It was unprofessional of the staff to knowingly and intentionally omit the ownership transfer process to us. After several frustrating phone calls and a meeting with Nicholas, we realize there really was nothing Audi can do for us, we needed to go to Tesla, as most of the time we were told we needed to contact Tesla for answers. My/our experience at Audi was not a positive one, More
