Horrible experience from general manager Yojan. We put deposit on an incoming car which had few extras to be installed at port. Prior to putting deposit, I asked my sales associate (Jacob, who is new but deposit on an incoming car which had few extras to be installed at port. Prior to putting deposit, I asked my sales associate (Jacob, who is new but hardworking and pleasant to work with) to request removal of those options. He was told by YOJAN that these options cannot be removed and I believed things must have changed due to pandemic. After coming home, I realized the options don’t even need installation and called the dealership. Yojan said, he wouldn’t remove any options as that would lower their sales volume NOT because they couldn’t be removed. What a cheap way for the management to make money. More
