I had a fantastic experience getting my Audi serviced at this location. Ismael assisted me with finding the optimal maintenance package for my vehicle and addressed everything I was concerned about with exp this location. He went above and beyond to find a small cosmetic part that I was missing. Ernesto was my technician, and he voluntarily came out of the shop to discuss the maintenance that took place with me. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the premises of the dealership are stunning. I will not be taking my vehicle to be serviced anywhere besides Audi Livermore. More
